As the name suggests, PHOENIX is an exceptional renovation project where the quality of life is enhanced by eclectic design. And that day-to-day wellbeing created for residents is complete with shops and hotel quality services on the ground floor. An address like this merits commitment and service of the highest order. Tignes also offers a whole host of summertime activities in addition to skiing, which you can do virtually all year and will leave you breathless from June to August on the Grande Motte glacier. Water is everywhere here. There are whitewater rapids for kayaking and rafting, games of waterball and paddleball on the lake, and let’s not forget the water bubbles, jets, steam, and baths at Le Lagon, a 5000 m2 (1.2 acre) aquatic park for recreation, games, sports and wellness.
Everything you need to unwind after any outdoor activity like Bike Park, where avid mountain bikers can practice to their hearts’ content or a game of 18- hole golf on the highest fairway in the world dotted with unusual natural obstacles offering unforgettable vistas of the lake and mountain peaks. And of course there are the hikers, the paragliders and the meditators who can take a ski lift to rise above it all for a breath of fresh air. But outdoor activities are only one part of the day. The fun continues at the bottom of the slopes, where Tignes offers an endless array of shops, restaurants, bistros, bars and dance clubs. Whether it’s for a change of scenery, culinary exploration, casual elegance or a night on the town—everyone can find their perfect leisure spots so no matter how long they stay, their time here is deeply moving and full of incomparable 360° experiences every day of the year!
AESTHETICS, MODERNITY, ARCHITECTURE, EXCLUSIVITY, STYLE
The interior renovations are a bold feat in design and interior architecture. Using the existing building, we developed plans for 27 two- to fiveroom units ranging from 51 m2 to 245 m2 (548 to 2,636 sq. ft.). They are magnificent spaces of rare distinction offering luxury amenities, with hotel services, a ski-room and 250 m2 (2,690 sq. ft.) of commercial space on the ground floor. All the housing units have south-facing balconies or patios designed as outdoor living spaces and a panoramic view of the lake and mountains.
